7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges of items within 7 days of purchase only in case of damage or defect. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Important Note:
Parcels will be accepted for return only if the product is damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you receive a damaged item, please visit the Contact Us page and submit your order and product details. This helps us review and process your request quickly.
2. Repack the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all included materials. Make sure the product is unused and in original condition.
3. Ship the Item
Send the parcel using a traceable courier service. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
